EPIC GINGERBREAD SYRUP

So many options, pour over waffles and desserts, stir in to coffee or cocktails... so many delicious ideas!



1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon gingerbread spice


  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small sauce pan.

  2. Cook over a edium heat until the quantity reduces by about half and syrup coats the back of a spoon. Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
